I had the install of the software that I purchased done today. The process was a breeze! The only thing that would’ve made it gone smoother was if I was able to give Willie Skillz access to control my computer so he could do all the steps himself. For some reason, my computer wouldn’t allow him in, I’m sure it’s a settings thing. Anyhow, my products are installed and I am more than happy with the process!. As usual, excellent customer service and patience. I will be buying more products as they become available.
